 TheMistral® line has been build to sort a fully destemmed harvest.

A 3 step process

  • Dripping and levelling by vibration,
  • An interchangeable grid to eliminate the bulky waste,
  • An air blade to clean the harvest from almost all MOG (Material Other than Grapes)

Mistral® result

The Mistral Line eliminates automatically

  • Bulky waste: large part of stemme, petioles, leaves
     but also and above all

 

  • Small waste : small parts of stemmes, seeds, shot berries, verjuice,
  • Undesiderable berries: botrytis, raisins, rot berries...
