Considering the progress acheived by the Wine-Growers in each other sectors, the only scope for improvement is very often to sort before or after destemmer.
Manual harvest : to sort manualy on a vibrating table leaves and grapes in bad shape. The vibrating process will eliminate mots of small particules (insects, shot berries..) and will level the feeding. Capacity from 5 to 8 T/H
