I was looking for a simple sorting system !

« An audit and multiple visits have made up my mind, to improve my quality in 2005 I decided to : Harvest the grapes in small plastic cases (100T in 8 days) - remove my screw hopper – sort before and especially after destemmer with VERY little personnel«
At VINITECH 2004 I meet VAUCHER BEGUET and am convinced by the Mistral 100. I was their first «Customer! I got . Start up on September 21, 2005 : one half-day of hard work for the adjustment, only of the good then! Since then all my harvest are sorted automatically on Mistral 100 without any operator at a capacity of 4T/H. For my very great satisfaction! »
