STERLING Vineyard (Diagio Group)


   

For 30 years, PWV has provided essential down-to-earth, reliable information wine industry

leaders need to succeed in the vineyard, the cellar and the tasting room.

It is the first page of WINERY & VINEYARD showing a complete Mistral 140 line at STERLING Vineyard (Diagio Group) in Calistoga California.

 

The all line is made of VAUCHER BEGUET equipments:

- A continuous feeder FDR 5-15 loaded with 450 Kg half ton bin. They tip a bin in a single run the FDR is giving a constant level of fruit to the down stream process.
- A vibrating sorting table TVETM 750/4000 2ZP for closter sorting (they mostly use it for dry leaves removal)
- An ECO 300 to feed a ROTOVIB
- The Mistral 140 OLC the automatic sorting system by VAUCHER BEGUET
- An OLC conveyor used horizontaly for final inspection ("zero default") before barrel fermentation

Capacity maxi 8T/H used here at 5T/H
